Short Story Idea

I want to write a short story about some kind of elaborate, neurotic event, that the main character is narrating through their thoughts. And I want the whole story to take place in about an hours time. But that's all I got so far. Nothing has popped out at me or struck me with inspiration yet. If you have any ideas or comments about the idea please write them. I haven't gotten any comments on any of my blogs yet so I don't know what people think of them.
